Hi, I’m Kent.
I never imagined I’d become a software engineer. My journey began in high school watching hacker movies - the whole dark hoodie, terminal commands aesthetic hooked me. As someone naturally introverted, the idea of being a "lone wolf" hacker working magic through code felt like the perfect fit.
When I actually started learning hacking, I discovered programming was the real magic. How could you hack systems without understanding how they’re built? That curiosity led me to senior high’s web/mobile development track, then to Computer Science with AI focus in college. It took me 5 years to graduate, but what mattered was the journey - tinkering, refactoring, and learning to simplify complex problems.
Today, I still approach coding with that same hacker mindset: curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for elegant solutions. When I’m not at the keyboard, you’ll find me camping, binge-watching anime, shooting hoops with neighbors, or obsessing over Kei vans (currently saving up for one to convert into a mini camper van!).
